Books on eating disorders range from autobiographies to self help books. Have you read some touching or inspiring eating disorder or anorexia books? I'd love for you to share your thoughts and opinions on your "reads".

Many people enjoy reading eating disorder memoirs - the personal stories. They're not so clinical (hard to understand) and you can really get inside the mind of the sufferer.
Have you read anorexia books lately that have inspired you? Perhaps made you feel a bit sad?
There are also a number of self help workbooks available, which I'm sure people with eating disorders might use after they've been through a professional treatment program - right? ;)
If you've purchased and worked through any of these workbooks, let us know your thoughts!
On the other hand, if you're looking for some more information about eating disorders, here's a list of the books that I've personally read so far.

Wasted by Marya Hornbacher is by far the most honest and raw book I've ever read about eating disorders.
