Do I Have An Eating Disorder?

Do I have an eating disorder? I have suspected that I might have an eating disorder for a few years now. I haven't asked anyone about it because it does not fall under the categories of anorexia or bulimia, although I do have some
signs of anorexia.
I will not get into all the details (to long of a story how and when it started) but my weight fluctuates. I go for week or so with no appetite and barely eating anything, and then I go for a week or so with
binge eating.
If something important is coming up, I just don't eat. I have tried to end this cycle but I cannot seem to. Is this a type of eating disorder?
I have a a few
obsessive-compulsive-disorder-symptoms - it runs in my family - and I have issues with
impulse control disorder. I also have ADHD.
I've experienced
social isolation, a radical change in personality from extrovert to introvert and have separated myself from all my friends.
I've been depressed, and was also diagnosed with a social phobia disorder. I was in the hospital a few years ago and had some blood work and the Dr. could not believe how low my vitamin B was so he started giving me
vitamin B12 injections. I still take a pill for it.
I was hoping someone could answer this question for me:
Do I have an eating disorder? Can you actually have an eating disorder without having anorexia or
signs of bulimia?
Thanks for any info.
