Funding For Eating Disorder Treatment In The USA For Those Who Live In Canada

I am wondering if anyone in Canada has received government funding for eating disorder treatment in the USA in the past year or so?
If so, where did you go?
I am finding that there are fewer and fewer places that the government is willing to consider, and I wonder what they are?
I think Castlewood sounds excellent, but apparently they have not had anyone there from Canada in the last year because the government is insisting on Hospital based treatment.
I think this is awful because much of the treatment in Canada IS hospital based. The residential eating disorder treatment and step-down programs in the US are the ones we lack in Canada, but now it seems they are the ones the provinces are refusing.
I have been very lucky as twice in the last 20 years I was funded for eating disorder treatment out of country. Once at Renfrew in Florida, and once at Laureate in Oklahoma.
However, I have changed and the challenges I face are both different, and ones that I was unable to address at those facilities. It seems silly to return somewhere where I know there isn't the focus on the things that presently are my major issues.
