Meal Plan For A Recovering Anorexic

Is this a good meal plan for a recovering anorexic?
I am 6'2''and having difficulty gaining weight. I have recently upped my calories and this is a sample day for me, what do you think?
Breakfast - 3/4 cup of cheerios with milk
- slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter and 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 cup of chopped pineapple
Lunch - California sushi roll
Snack - luna bar
Dinner - tilapia fillet
- bread with butter
- baked potato with ketchup
- corn on the cob
Dessert - pumpkin pie with whipped cream
I am ALWAYS hungry and have no trouble eating this much...I could probably eat more, but I'm scared it is too much!!
What do you think? Is this a good meal plan for my recovery? I am not working out except for maybe 30 minutes of casual walking most days a week.
