Skipping My Meals

When I eat something, like a sandwich, sometimes I don't like it. Afterwards I feel really, really bad about myself and mad because it wasn't something I truly enjoyed, but I ate it anyway.

It just seems like they were empty calories. Then I feel like I have to skip my next meal to 'cancel it out'.

I was wondering if you had any psycholgical advice for my inner mind when something like that happens? :(
