Types Of Eating Disorders - Toilet Paper

I am suspicious of a friend with whom I have had intervention who suffers from some sort of eating disorder. Why would there be shredded, rolled pieces of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom regularly?

On Feb 4 she weighed-in with me, admitting to her extremely low weight, and saying, 'yes I have an eating disorder'. She agreed to gain weight for her health.

I notice she goes to the bathroom right before her meals.
