What do you say to someone who you think is anorexic?

I have a friend that I think is Anorexic. She has become very thin over the past few months and she doesn't eat very much.

Her parents are aware of her condition and have forced her to stop playing any sports. I feel that I should say something to her to maybe help her make a decision that is healthy for her and the people that care about her.

Please give me some advice on whether I should confront her or not.
